Sort of off topic. And maybe Charles can answer this better than most people here, I don’t know.

Anyway, I got an email a couple of days ago, pointing out that a LGF stalker blog posted the complete essay on CRU and their programmer Ian Harris and made a thread out of it.

I never gave them permission to post it, and I was surprised that it showed up there. I had never even visited that site until the other night when I was made aware of the thread they started.

Isn’t posting the complete essay without my permission far from fair use?

I don’t know what the law is on that. Sounds iffy, but the Internet IS iffy. See what Charles says.
