Yes there is. Too bad that we can’t get Americans to see the value of getting those kids qualified in the primary schools by actually funding them enough to get good people and enough good people, and too bad the State Schools always get chopped first in State budgets.

Topo bad there weren’t better alternatives for kids that don’t want too nor should go to college (vocational schools come to mind immediatly. Too bad colleges like yours accept unqualified kids perpetuating the wrong started in primary schools
