I have been watching the stuff from filming. The Nethersphere does appear in the Finale.

In addition the Headstones of Rory and Amy, Thomas Thomas, and Clara Oswin Oswald (Victorian One) appear. In the case of the last one, both a clean version, and a weathered one.
