I’m not saying that it is. My point is, he is more of a Holocaust obfuscator than anything. And that’s basically what he is on any issue. It’s simply hard to tell what he really believes, because his whole role is to play this populist nationalist (one of the party slogans is “We’re for the poor. We’re for the [ethnic] Russians.”) who draws off the votes from radicals, so he plays a useful role, but he is an actor first and foremost.
