Requiring that insurers provide the services doesn’t mean that the insured (the patient) has to use any/all of the services.

Yet, Bachmann’s fellow Republicans would have no problem restricting access to birth control - eliminating any chance that someone could protect themselves from an unwanted pregnancy.
