If the current proposal (your link) flies, I would lay odds that they’d follow up with something like this within a year.

And of course with the bloated Federal nanny state crowding out all sorts of private enterprise, it would be increasingly difficult to run many businesses WITHOUT accepting Federal contracts. Quasi-socialism by stealth.
