I was under the impression that Brooks saddles molded to the user. Mind you, I’ve never ridden one, nor will I. I practically bought out Palo Alto Bicycles’ entire stock of Avocet 02Air 40r’s* when I heard Avocet went under, and I’ve still got two unused ones.

*Except the yellow one. Too fruity.

This is one of their “pre-softened” models, it doesn’t seem to take on quite the unique stretchmarks / divots of the harder leather ones. I’ve got one of their other models that I never could break in.

Good point however.
