On the subject of John Lithgow, I see he’s playing Jud Crandall in the remake of Pet Sematary.

I don’t know…….Lithgow’s a helluva great actor, but filling Fred Gwynne’s shoes in that role seems like a tall order. Fred Gwynne absolutely nailed that character.

Maybe the only requirement was “tall”….
