The SCOTUS would be the very next step of appeal. The 2000 Florida vote hanging chad fight was all about state election law. It went to SCOTUS to sort out, famously. The talking points of the left could be in trouble. How can they claim a big RW bias if the supreme court upholds gay marriage?
