Just repeating the question, since I don’t think it’s out of bounds to ask why Republicans who are not on a “mission from God” can’t bring themselves to advocate for comprehensive sex education and low cost contraceptives in order to help lower the number of abortions that happen.

Because Republicans only allow sex outside of marriage if you don’t enjoy it.
