Kalief Bower’s story from his lawyer and a woman who wrote a New Yorker article had Chris Hayes stunned. I don’t think I’ve ever seen that face before.

What a sad, sad story. His lawyer said he thinks it is the worst story of jurisprudence in the history of America. The New Yorker writer said everything that could go wrong did through his whole mistreatment in jail, etc.

And then Hayes said…somebody needs to pay for this. And the lawyer said so far no indication that anything would be happening to anyone associated.
