I was told by some diplomat types that Obama was “smart” and though inexperienced “would learn quickly.” They presented him as some sort of genius. Well, all the evidence points to Obama’s being unable to learn quickly. Time after time, he blunders. He’ll probably continue to blunder.

We know he reads well from a teleprompter. Where’s the evidence he can do anything else?
