Mrs. Fish baked brownies for date night last night. I am doing my best to restrain myself and stick to my new “keep portion sizes down” resolution. I’ve had a couple of weak moments already this week and I really need to kick the discipline into a higher gear.

With the Grand-nephew staying with us, there are now THREE boys in their early 20s living at my house, so I have to fight the urge to eat like I’m in prison.
