Uh, what is Epogen ?

A drug. It’s synthetic erythropoietin, a hormone that causes your body to manufacture more red blood cells. It’s sometimes given to people who are anemic because of kidney failure or chemotherapy, in order to make them less anemic, and therefore more energetic.

Of course, I don’t know your situation and maybe this isn’t your issue at all. I would think your docs would have mentioned it if it was potentially helpful for you.
