Actually, the wrecking yard will make mad money. i.e. they pay $200 for a nice old Caddy, and I buy the leather seats for say $300. They’ll end up getting maybe a few $1000 in parts sales before crushing the rest. Sure, they’re are pissed they did not get some $1000 motors to sell, but they’ll do fine. The wreckers aren’t buying the cars out of Obama love, they see the money, as do the two truck drivers and the rest.
