I really enjoyed reading World War Z (forget the movie) because it is not so much about Zombie Apocalypse as it is about how to mismanage a dangerous epidemic: first by hiding it, then denying it, then spreading misinformation to avoid “panic”, then taking all the wrong measures in all the wrong places until it is rampant.

World War Z really needs to be given the proper treatment. I’d do it like Ken Burns’ The Civil War miniseries. To me, that’d be the best to truly capture the source novel.
