I’m always struck by the East German color sense. For a while I owned a semi-auto clone of an East German AK-74, and it had glossy black paint and plum-colored furniture. They did like their red and brown bakelite on the other side of the fence.

I had a plum colored ‘72 Charger with black vinyl furniture, but….but…
