In Prince George County, Maryland (or an awful lot of Virgina, etc), they would have shot all of his pets immediately and then had an accidental discharge into his chest with an MP-5 submachine gun when he complained about his butchered pets.

I regularly buy parts for my business at hydro shops, they know lighting and fluid movement. I also have my algae on a 12/12 lighting cycle. Two indicators for a grow op. I wouldn’t be surprised at all to have my door kicked in. Of course all they will only ever find is less than an oz plus a lawsuit.
