I would bet that now he’s on the air he’ll be backing down from the more extreme comments that got him notoriety, and he won’t have enough other talents to stay for long.

They wouldn’t have hired him if he was going to tone it down. Why would they need another middle of the road talking head, they have plenty. No, he was hired for being just what he is, and CNN is only interested in the ratings.

Sorry to burst your bubble, but the media doesn’t give a shit about partisan politics, only the bottom line, money. They will play whatever game they need to to bring in the revenue.

Problem is, the general public is short on memory and tends to forget that these folks are not in business to support the public perception of anything, they are in it to ride on the trends of the publics whims, and currently, it pays to be on the anti-Obama bandwagon.

It’s a bad time to switch sides, in the realm of media, the crazy conservative stuff is selling.
