I agree that it’s melting. The Maine platform has nothing i wish to defend. Rather, i will stand for a much more palatable, reasonable set of positions and do what i can to reverse the meltdown.

At least quote the “point of the thread” correctly in between deep thoughts such as “gold could go way up, but it could also go way down”.

Well, if that’s what you got out of my post about gold (and I was asked, by the way) then clearly your reading comprehension skills are somewhat suspect. That’s what you took away from it, huh? “Gold could go up,… and then again it could go down?” I think I made it pretty clear where I think gold is going. Your jaw-droppingly superficial paraphrasing of my thoughts says more about your ability to understand various complex opinions (or lack thereof) that aren’t simply a matter of yes/no black/white than it does about any insight I might have into the market.

If you have to twist my words around to try and make your point, than your point is probably bullshit to begin with.
