OK, much freer of major crime then a typical day in downtown DC, especially with the crowd. Of course the additional security sure helped, but it was a happy crowd.

Were they happy because only 85 citizens had crimes committed against them? Or were they so happy with the Zero that they didnt give a rats ass about those citizens?

BTW…on Jan 21, there were ONLY 93 crimes in same report. So actually, the Zero’s *wave of tranquility* only accounted for SEVEN less crimes on Hope Day.
