They lie in several steps. First of all they equate anti-current-Israel-policy as antisemitic. Then they define pro-Palestinian as pro-Hamas. And voila - the camp was a camp of antisemitic pro-Hamasniks.

Except while I do hold it possible that some of the people there might have been motivated by antisemitic views (note the qualifiers), it does not follow from either anti-Israel-govt or pro-Palestinian descriptors alone. (Note that I don’t say those views are not stupid or misguided; but stupid and misguided does not equal antisemitic).
