Gore would be a great pick and would symbolize a strong commitment to attacking AGW. The right wing would go fucking apeshit but the only way to attack him is over global warming, which will make them look like lunatics and perhaps help get more people to see how propagandistic the denier side is.

Making the right wing go fucking apeshit is, to me, a goal in and of itself at this point.
