Get a list of the potential rehab places, review it with her Orthopedist, ask for recommendations. Go CHECK THEM OUT. Many are better than others & the good ones usually have a waiting list. Your Ortho can sometimes get someone in, if he really likes the physical therapist. Do it before you NEED to do it. Our hospital gave only 24 hours notice before discharge.
