Seen on another blog, and I think, a pretty valid question:

Is Bill Clinton himself considered campaign material:

He’s a free man, acting outside of any official capacity, and there would be no question that another loud proponent with a different name would be allowed to do whatever they wanted.

Whether he should be considered campaign materials, I don’t see how he could be legally.
