When the Fundamentalist Right recovered from being burned by Ronald Reagan, who used them to get elected and then cast them aside as soon as Nancy’s personal astrologer told them it was time to do so, they started insinuating their people into all levels of public life, including politics, the military and public administration.

School boards were a key target, as they shape the course of education and indoctrination.

They now have two major advocates in power, one as Secretary of Education and the other as Vice President.

Actually they started to pack the school boards right after Roe v. Wade. I remember how the Catholic churches back home went insane the Sunday after that decision was released. In our 1973 School Board election back home, several Catholic priests and a Southern Baptist preacher ran for school board seats to put Jay-Zuss back in the school and one of the priests got elected. He just went out of his way to disrupt the school board meetings with his insane rants…
