The Obama computer printout does not give the name of the hospital or the doctor, or the address of the mother, or the name of the local registrar; The handwritten version does. Information is missing. Computer printouts are not trustworthy.

Also, Hawaiian law in 1961 was so loose that it was pretty easy to give the government false birth data. You could simply tell them you had a baby and they’d issue a certificate.
