Why would someone rightfully complain about someone telling what seems to be the truth about religion, based on the total lack of evidence of gods?

I don’t downvote you for posting religious stuff, but have to note that you downvoted me for telling the truth. You’re also the only lizard to ever block me on Twitter. I assumed it was an accident since it’s only you and the wingnut Chuck Johnson that block me on Twitter, but now I expect it’s because you don’t want to see archaic beliefs doubted. Bummer.

You can believe whatever you want about my motives—I’m not going to lose any sleep over it. The difference is that when I post about religious stuff I don’t insult other LGF members for thinking differently than I do, nor do I demand that they accept my Truth™.

Belief, by it’s very definition, doesn’t require empirical evidence. Science does require it. I wold never attempt to disprove science by way of belief/faith, and science will never be able to erase belief, at least not for everyone. I recognize these things, do you?

This wasn’t my first time down-dinging you over your obnoxious comments and probably won’t be my last, so by all means carry on. After all, it’s a free country, right?
