It will go nowhere anyway, at least not while trump is alive. This wall bullshit will be tied up in litigation for decades.

He’ll build a portion on federal land where he and/or his hired goons can fast-track the construction, just so he can stand before the rubes in 2020 and claim that he’s keeping his promise and to reelect him so he can “finish the job.”
