I ate at a vegan Chinese restaurant last week with my son (SUPERVEGAN, he thinks he’s a superhero anyway) and they had all kinds of different dishes that mimicked meats (buffet, rawr)… General Tso’s etc. Was really good.

Then we discovered something that was so good, it should be illegal.

Deep fried pineapple.
