I know I am paranoid to even consider this as a potential possibility, but I worry that the nutsacks on the right will eventually try to eliminate and destroy any reference to the true intention of the Establishment Clause as stated by Jefferson. I also am concerned (and in a far less paranoid fashion) that the true intent behind attacks on the First Amendment are more directly aimed at undermining freedom of expression and freedom of the press. Consider how the candidates from Tea Bagistan have handled members of the press.
