It’s getting increasingly difficult to separate libertarians from Republicans, especially for those of us without the scorecard that tells who the real libertarians are. Or the real Republicans.

Easy way to discern LP members from Paulbots—LP members are 100% pro-choice, right? Paulbots are very anti-choice. LP members often tend to favor open borders, but I believe there is more variation there.

Sadly, many of the powerbrokers in the LP saw the Tea Party movement as a way to advance their cause, and therefore tied themselves in with the Paulbots. Now the whole thing is a mess.

I guess the same could be said of the GOP. Holy crap—Sharron Angle, Christine O’Donnell, Carl Paladino, Joe Miller, and Rand Paul? You cannot be serious.
