Here is a list of the reforms being offered by the King of Morocco:

-Enshrining the principle of separation of powers

-Handing a number of rights from the monarch to the PM, including dissolution of parliament

-Allowing parliament to grant amnesty, up to now a privilege of the monarch
making Tamazight an official language alongside Arabic

-Guaranteeing freedom of belief while affirming Islam as the state religion.
