Deer are always a danger around here.
My brother hit one on the expressway about a year ago, and the story goes, that the thing bounced off the front of the car, hit the windshield, and exploded on the highway.
No one human was hurt, but according to the Highway Patrol guy, it was a good thing that my brother didn’t slow down or swerve. It could have been much worse.

Happens every time the deer don’t cross where they’re supposed too!!
