I read the article. I disagree with many of the lengths to which it goes. However, simply because you don’t understand the manner in which he can claim that he doesn’t hate Muslims yet agrees with the article as written doesn’t mean that it’s impossible.

Civilized: I don’t understand how one can support that article without falling into the trap of liking Muslims as long as they don’t follow Islam.

And besides which, I didn’t read the article as even saying that he likes Muslims as long as they don’t follow Islam.

That argument supposes that Islam = the Islamist version. And I don’t believe that’s true.
