I think Hoosier would understand.
I was moved to tears, ok, a few sobs, at the Met Exhibit of McQueen’s work. This hologram is towards the end after seeing such beautiful and striking clothes, there is the violin, the thought of his loss. I thought it would be moving and it was. I really tried to keep it together, but I had to take a few seconds and sob, standing facing the wall a bit removed. My Samurai daughter stood by as a shield and glared back at the people who were staring at me.
I was so very sad for his loss. One of his creations is a suit of rounded gold pieces, like a chain mail, only famine. He had dedicated it to one of the “witches” who had been burned in the 1600’s. That man understood the tortured and the tortured soul.
