Yup.

Gorsuch will be pontificating from the Supreme Court for decades to come, alongside Roberts and Alito. Those three will be rolling back civil and voting rights, all while the so called originalists ignore that the only reason Gorsuch was seated is that the GOP ignored the constitution, ignored 200+ years of Senate history, comity, and thwarted the Garland nomination so completely that the balance of the court is forever marred.

Obama had the nomination that could shape the Court’s future, and push for equality and civil rights, but the GOP stood united and upended 2+ centuries of tradition, law, and the Constitution to block Garland.

It was a pure power play, and the GOP stole the seat. Period. Gorsuch will forever be known as holding the Stolen Seat.
