Just to comment on an earlier post- The fact that Anderson Cooper came out today and announced he was gay, and the reaction was “Yaaawwwnnn…” speaks volumes about how far we have come as a nation, especially the last twenty years towards respect and acceptance (I detest the word ‘tolerance’) to the LGBT community. My sister is twenty-one, and someone being gay to her is like being left-handed; no one gives a shit anymore, thank god.

You know. I thought he was already “out”. Maybe it was something he said once which made me assume that he was gay.
