Neither this Constitution, nor the constitution of any
state, shall be construed to require that vocalized prayer or the
silent meditation thereof be abridged to any student in class or
any organized school function or athletic event.”

Idiots. I’m sure the proponents of this amendment won’t have any problem with Muslim students doing their prayers in the middle of class or during the football game, along with a locally broadcast call to prayer five times a day.

The people who created our Constitution didn’t do everything right, obviously, but compared to the complete morons we have in politics today, they remain giants.
