Fun fact but the guy GIlmore beat for Governor, Don Beyer is in Congress now. He took Jim Moran’s seat when Moran retired last year. Gilmore is always going to be the Car Tax guy to me. Remember that Verek, Timothy, and TP? I swear it was all his campaign was about and he rode it into Richmond.

Yep, and the Personal Property Tax Relief Act got capped at a fixed amount after Virginia’s budget went to shit in 2001/2002.
