CNN’s niche is live, on-scene breaking news writ large. No network does it better.
Its opinion attempts are pathetic, no matter your political affiliation. The suits should make the decision to go back to the roots and be the best at live news coverage, period.

What does CNN do then when a Big story isn’t breaking. I agree that it is still the place to go for breaking news but you can’t fill 24 hours with breaking news.
