Annual fast day in Judaism, the bleakest fast of the year. Commemorates the destruction of the Temple, and all the other bad things that have happened to the Jewish people for the past couple thousand years.

Mitt’s advance people in Jerusalem apparently thought it would be OK to schedule a fundraiser for the evening, so that people could break their fast with Mitt. There was some pushback, and I think he canceled.

Does Romney have any supporters in Israel?
