The reboot of Cosmos has garnered a great deal of attention, no doubt due to the Murdoch empire’s tremendous marketing machine and global content delivery systems.

Yet I find it mostly empty of science. It’s fine as platform for “awe”, but teaches very little in each episode.

On the other hand, the first episode of Your Inner Fish contains more substance. It too has gotten some press, but no where near as much as Cosmos.
