How exactly did Scott intend to use it after it had been fired? Unless this is some new taser whose construction I’m not familiar with, it’s a one-shot affair, you have to physically remove a back-up set of darts from the grip and load them into the front of the device. Otherwise, the most it can do is operate as a contact taser.

And Scott struggled for the taser, took it and then…what? Ran away with it? Come on, in what world does that make any sense. This guy’s report should have fallen apart as soon as the autopsy results came back, it should not have required video evidence.
