Yes, she is a conservative and yes I wouldn’t necessarily call her an ally but she unlike your Senator Sasse and some of the other self-professed Never Trumpers, she’s actually willing to call out the entire GOP for their shit. I think she’s rightfully angry how the GOP are treating Dr. Ford. I’m just saying. She could be having a sincere moment where she is questioning the ideological/party agenda she worked to advance. IT does happen.

As for Sasse, he’s not up for election this go round, and I suspect he figures people will have forgotten about Kavanaugh by the time he is.

Fischer on the other hand is up for election, and we’re trying to oust her. She was one of Trump’s first endorsers, and hasn’t said anything I can find on Kavanaugh which might hurt her campaign.
