Today in Anymouse’s cooking school, I am creating a traditional California dish, with a personal flair.
Today’s breakfast (which is really dinner) is Rice-a-Roni, the San Francisco Treat (tm). Spanish rice flavour, with a can of mushrooms added because I like mushrooms.
Stpaulbear’s old single-guy cooking tip for this morning is that if you ever find a box of Rice-a-Roni in your cupboard that expired four years ago, don’t bother cooking it to see if it’s still OK.
