re: #88 Eclectic Cyborg
I do what needs to be done. I cook, I clean and I do laundry if I have to. Sometimes I carry a heavier workload, sometimes my wife does.
We’re partners. We look after each other.
How dare you do a woman’s work.///
I do the same thing. If Mrs. Fish is having a hard week, I’ll step in and do some stuff. I always do my own laundry, so it’s one less thing she has to manage. I do my own dishes when I cook for myself, and sometimes run the dishwasher when things pile up in the sink. My mom taught me all the homemaking skills in case I ended up as a bachelor, but I can still put them to good use to take care of my wife when she needs a break.
