Dark, the presence or absence of a Democratic budget has absolutely no bearing on whether Ryan’s is a complete piece of crap.

We should have raised taxes, like responsible adults who understand that they have to pay for things that they bought. We’re not, because the GOP has a fantasy that debt brought on by tax breaks somehow doesn’t count.
