I don’t see how SSM isn’t legal state-wide in NM soon. I can’t imagine the New Mexico Supreme Court reversing this court decision, especially after the recent discrimination case with the photographer.

They’re not. They refused to hear two cases until the lower Courts made a ruling on this matter. So far every case has found that refusal to issue a marriage license to same sex couples violates the New Mexico Constitution. The New Mexico rethugs are screwed. The only question that remains is, are they smart enough to know that?
