I agree. Should the SCOTUS rule on behalf of the Satanists (and I think they would - it’s a pretty clear-cut First Amendment case) the wingnuts will lose it in spectacular fashion.

Hell I think Scalia may even take the Satanists side in this. Or maybe I haven’t had any caffeine yet and I’m giving Old Tony too much credit.
